Kristine Maitland is a presenter, public/guest speaker and workshop facilitator for broadcast media, conferences, seminars and educational institutions. She is also a freelance writer and blogger.

She is the founder of The Many Black Histories, which includes classroom visits, talks and seminars on the process of black history research on a variety of areas including Black contributions in World War II and in areas of inventions and sciences.

As well, she presents The Kristine Maitland Project as a storyteller, singer, and dance instructor.
