After many years of working in libraries and education management, I has opted to return  first love: studying and teaching Black history. And not just any Black history – my approach is global exploring relationships between groups and covering areas often untouched, from the European Renaissance to World War II. Often I ask this question, “Yes, but what where they actually doing? And with whom?”

I runs tours and talks for museums and galleries, professional development for teachers and teacher candidates, and presentations for high school students.
